The quote tool

The form asks for gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco use, desired coverage, and term. Those go to carriers to return rates and aren't saved here. Personal details—name, address, phone, email—stay off the quote tool. Exact same requests may pull from a brief cache to avoid re-querying.

Applying

If you apply, your answers prefill a secure form from the carriers' platform; you're then under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, California License 0B75129, processes applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects name, email, optional phone, reply preference, topic, and message. We email it to the agency; your inbox gets the response. This site doesn't keep a copy, no submission database, no message archive. A lightweight anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site tallies page visits using a first-party, cookieless system from this domain. No cookies or persistent IDs; your IP address is masked before saving; query strings from referrers are dropped; raw logs erase after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't trade visitor data, track ads, or run third-party metrics. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform on the application page, loaded only if you arrive there.
